Website pricing
How much does a website cost in Miami?
At Promeseo, projects start at $1,500. The final price depends on what your business needs, and you get it in writing, with the timeline, before we start.
What raises or lowers the price
- How many pages your business needs. A page with your services and your contact details is not the same as a site with one page per service and per area.
- Whether it's in English and Spanish. In Miami it often pays off: a customer searching in Spanish doesn't always find the English version.
- Whether you sell online. A store, bookings or orders add work.
- Whether you already have photos and copy or they need to be produced.
Buy or rent your website
There are two ways to have a website:
- Rent it for a monthly fee. Stop paying and the site is gone.
- Have it in your name. That includes the domain and the code. If you leave, we hand you the files.
That's how we work at Promeseo.
What's included
- It works well on a phone, which is where people look you up.
- Your prices and services written on the page, so a person, Google and AI assistants like ChatGPT, Gemini or Claude can read them.
- Connected to your Google Business Profile, with the same details.
- English and Spanish, if you need it.

Common questions
Why are some websites so cheap?
Many are templates or rented sites. They work to get started; check whose name the domain is in and what happens if you stop paying.
How long does it take?
The timeline depends on the scope and is set in writing before we start.
Are there monthly fees?
The project is paid once. Hosting and maintenance are discussed separately, before we start.
Is the site in my name?
Yes. That includes the domain and the code. If you leave, we hand you the files. We manage the hosting.
