AI Visibility Index · Med spas
Which Miami med spas does AI recommend?
It's the most closed of the five categories we measured. In Brickell, AI names 21 med spas in total and ten of them take 80% of the mentions. This is the data by area and what it means if you run an aesthetics clinic in Miami.
In med spas, the 10 most-named businesses concentrate 62.7% of everything AI recommends inside their area — the highest figure of the five categories in the study.
And there's a harder number underneath: in Brickell, AI only ever named 21 distinct med spas across 24 questions, and the top 10 take 80.1%. In practice, the category is already divided up.
This data comes from the AI Visibility Index of Miami: 600 questions to ChatGPT, Gemini and Claude across five categories and five areas of Miami-Dade, with the method and the data published. This page is the med spas cut — 120 questions.
Area by area
The right way to read this is inside each area: a business in Brickell doesn't compete with one in Hialeah, so lumping them together dilutes the number and makes the door look more open than it is.
| Area | Businesses named | Top 10 takes | Most named |
|---|---|---|---|
| Brickell | 21 | 80.1% | Lux MedSpa Brickell (21) |
| Kendall | 57 | 58.9% | Le Mar Aesthetics (18) |
| Doral | 42 | 60.6% | Perfect B Aesthetic Medicine (20) |
| Hialeah | 47 | 49.3% | Qway MedSpa (14) |
| Aventura | 36 | 64.6% | Med Aesthetics Miami (16) |
Brickell is an almost closed club
Only 21 businesses named and 80.1% concentration in the top 10. LUX MedSpa appeared 21 times out of a possible 24 — in practically every answer. Getting in there is the hardest job in the study, which is also why it's the most defensible once you're in.
Asking in Spanish opens a different door
In Spanish the models surfaced 166 distinct businesses; in English, 106. In a category where most clients in Miami search in Spanish, measuring only in English tells you about half the market.
It's the category where being named is worth most
High concentration cuts both ways: hard to get in, hard to be pushed out. In a market where a new clinic opens three blocks away every month, that's the difference between competing on price and being the default answer.

What to do with this
- Measure in both languages, always In this category the language of the question changes the answer more than anywhere else. A report that only looked at English is telling you half the story.
- Treatment pages, not a services list Botox, fillers and laser are different searches with different prices. One page each, with the answer at the top, is what a model can quote.
- Reviews with the treatment named A review that says which treatment it was gives the model something to associate. A generic five-star says almost nothing.
And the usual reminder, worth repeating: nobody can guarantee you a position in ChatGPT. It doesn't exist as a product and it can't be bought. What can be done is measure where you start, move the signals a model reads, and measure again.
Frequently asked
Which med spas does AI recommend in Miami?
In our July 2026 measurement the most-named were LUX MedSpa, Dr. Lanna Aesthetics and Miami Med Spa. LUX MedSpa appeared 21 times out of 24 possible answers in Brickell.
Why is it so hard to appear as a med spa?
Because it's the most concentrated category we measured: ten businesses take 62.7% of the mentions in their area, and in Brickell the models only named 21 distinct clinics in total.
Does the language of the question really change the answer?
In this category, more than any other: 166 distinct businesses in Spanish against 106 in English, with the same questions. If you serve both, you need to be measured in both.
How do I get into that list?
Work what a model can read: your Google listing without contradictions, recent reviews that name the treatment, one page per treatment, and third-party sources that mention you. And measure before and after, or you won't know if anything moved.
